I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday at 4:30 PM that was approved after scheduling. I also confirmed the appointment and submitted the required documents the night before the appointment after receiving an email to do so. I booked an appointment via the website and received a booking confirmation on the website, but when I arrived (after 20 min of driving) and having to search for the salon which did not have a clear entrance, nobody was there. Later on, I see texts of a pending appointment request on my phone, but the website had already confirmed my booking so I ignored it because I did not want to risk not showing up and having to pay no show fee. I saw Tyra for dermaplaning and extractions, and I’m beyond happy with my experience. I’ve done these treatments several times with other estheticians but she was the best. She took the time to address all my concerns, make sure I was comfortable, and to throughly explain the procedure including after care. My sis Stephanie treated me to my first facial for my 50th birthday as a surprise. I was very pleased with my experience. The bomb smooth music playlist made for a relaxing atmosphere and the products felt and smelled amazing 🤩 I was glowing all day. Highly recommend and will be back . Thanks so much Tyra 👏🏽👏🏽
