Lorraine was extremely patient and kind with my hair. She relaxed, did a silk press, and a haircut. She made the whole process a seamless experience. I’ve had so many bad experiences with salons especially with my hair type. But this is as far-most the best experience I’ve had. I walked out feeling confident with my new look and received so many compliments on my hair. Anyone who’s in NYC looking for a hair stylist I would highly recommend Lorraine.

Lorraine is so sweet, attentive, punctual and precise. She is the prefect stylist. She was able to squeeze me in for a press last minute and she was able to work quickly and efficiently leaving me with healthy, perfectly styled hair.

My experience with Lorraine has exceeded my expectations! I didn’t get a trim or silk press for over a year because I ran out of hope that someone could take care of my hair! I was hopeful again and found Lorraine and decided to give her a chance. Boy! Am I glad I did! Not only did she take her time(while also finishing on time) and was well versed on the subject, she also is a great conversationalist! Clearly, Lorraine is very passionate at what she does!
