We hired Tiara to do a popup at our establishment early February. She was paid in full prior for the services and she was scheduled to come back to finish the clients touchups, she gave us the run around, then excuse after excuse. We are awaiting her response to remedy this issue as we now have several clients complaining. I would not pay her in full for services until all services are rendered in full, unless you want to have unfinished work done to your face.
