Really bad experience. I asked for waxing, not threading, and she (the owner who did my brows) said yes.But after it was done, I could clearly see gap in my eyebrows where the skin was showing. When I pointed it out, she didn’t accept it at all and got defensive. She said if she had done that, she would’ve told me. I’ve been a loyal customer here for eyebrow threading and usually have great experiences. The other staff members who have done my eyebrows in the past always did a phenomenal job, which is why I keep coming back. However, when I visited on April 16, I was very disappointed with the service I received. Very disappointed with the service. Recently got my threading done here for the second time and the staff used wax on my forehead which resulted in a big skin burn. Unfortunately, same burns happened to me last time I got my threading done!! Staff need to be more trained and careful when dealing with customer’s skin. I even had to take medication because of this as it was painful and left a mark on my skin which looks so odd!!!
I’ve gotten my hair cut done by Anchal at face 2 face salon many times and have NEVER been disappointed, she always helps my ideas come to life and give me the haircut I’m looking for
