Okay I do not typically review things, but I always read them so I finally decided to do the same. I just came home from getting a an awesome enzyme facial . I opted to pay the extra $5.00 for the upgrade on Groupon and I'm so glad I did. Basically I paid $40 for a $100 treatment . I'm a forty something women who feels like I have been battling dull and dull skin with every product under the sun to no avail. I recently purchased a Groupon to Faccia Bella for a facial. It's in a convenient and great location (Milton). I called to make an appointment and then again later to make one for my friend and she was super accommodating to ensure we could go back-to-back. I loved the cozy vibe I got when I walked in and the facial was hands down the best I've ever had. Disappointing and unprofessional, stood her client up – I bought a living social coupon for make up application some time ago for Faccia Bella in MIlton,MA Attempted to contact the business owner several times and after a few re-schedulings and phone calls I made an appointment for Saturday March 3rd at 2 pm The day of my appointment I got a call at 1.30 pm informing me the appointment was at 1 pm (not true, I had marked it on my calendar(s) for 2 pm).
