Fabutan Heritage is hands down the best tanning salon in Calgary! The place is beautiful, clean, and always absolutely spotless. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a great experience. Laura, the manager, is especially helpful, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. They also have the best tanning equipment in Calgary! I absolutely love Fabutan Heritage! BEST LOCATION IN CALGARY! I use the red light therapy and have a monthly pass, which has made such a positive difference in my joint and back pain. Love this studio. The staff are amazing. They know their stuff. New manager Laura is great. Enjoy going there and seeing the girls. Also the red light is amazing. If you havent tried it, do so.
READ THIS BEFORE GIVING THEM MONEY: I have had so many experiences here that would cause me to completely disengage but unfortunately I bought a huge amount of minutes. It is a non stop parade of completely unacceptable customer service experiences. I have no idea how this business still exists, and expect it will not exist soon. Find someone more reliable to give your money to.
I would like to give a shout out to Cassie, who handled the red light therapy like a genius she was calm, cool, collective, and even prewarmed the bed 5 minutes before I arrived to make it more comfortable for me. That alone deserves 10 stars. Her customer service skills are spectacular, one of the kind for sure because of her and her and hermanager's amazing outstanding customer service.
