Update.....Oct 2023 Wow to add to my review...something is amiss with this place... Going downhill, ratty towels. Staff doesnt show up, owners dont open store...no longer on the 'FABUTAN' website. ......Glad I gave this place a second chance....new owners? new management? New staff that is clear...Whatever the change...please keep it up.
Oct 2023. Booked and online appointment had it confirmed went to the location and door was locked. Tried to go online today to book an appointment and the location isn't even shopping up on fabutans website and no one is answering the phone

I am a senior and just started coming to this fabutan location in the past few months...so far my experience has been very positive ! Miranda has been nothing but professional/courteous ...she greets me with a smile...asks me how my day is etc ....i do agree this salon needs some towels for the beds tho ! Never been to a fabutan salon that didnt have nice white towels provided ...obviously this is the owners issue ...not the employees ??? o.webber
