Awful service from some of the staff. Owner is worse!! They will require you to purchase in excess of $100 worth of products (their lotion and eye protection at a highly inflated price) a year in addition to any minutes contract you choose before letting you use their services.

Worst experience with Fabutan since the new owners have taken over. I have been tanning with fabutan since 2016 and have never had any issues until now. I had over 100 minutes but haven’t been since my wedding last year. I went today and was told that I can’t use my purchased minutes unless I buy tanning lotion from them AND new goggles. (My current ones were both purchased only a little over a year ago). If I didn’t want to waste my money on my purchased minutes, I had to buy their lotion and new goggles. Very poor service with new owner. If you have tan minutes owing don't expect to use them unless you're prepared to follow the "new" rules implemented by this owner and purchase lotions and Eyewear at inflated prices. No purchase- no tanning.

DO NOT PURCHASE TANNING MINUTES FROM THIS SALON. I recently purchased a 30 day package for tanning from Fabutan in Prince Albert. I tanned twice and was then rudely told by a staff member that unless I am going to purchase tanning lotion from them, I am not welcome back to use any more of my purchased minutes. They also told me I had to purchase new goggles which I have already purchased from this location less than a year ago. I went to get a spray tan with a bride and her mom around 2pm and the staff told me they had a client coming at 3 and that I might have to wait. I said I was fine with this. At 2:45 I was told I needed to wait, so I left and came back 15ish minutes later and was told the other client had not shown up yet. I left and came back again a while later and was told the client still had not shown up.
