I found this place online and skimmed the reviews, but clearly not closely enough. While the experience wasn’t all bad, the customer service did not match the price point. My nail tech cut my cuticle and it bled, yet never once apologized. When I mentioned it, she looked irritated. They advertise Russian manicure services, but based on my experience here and having had them done by trained professionals, this was not it. I Got a pedicure, the staff were so nice and my nail tech Ambar was really great , She Did exactly what I asked for and they came out so nice!! Definitely recommend!

This will be my first and last time at this place. Felt like I was negotiating at a car dealership. Booked 2 back to back appointments with Ingrid for my mother and myself. I booked for a specific time, and specifically booking with Ingrid as the website specifies, I was pointed to two other nail techs immediately. After confronting her, she said I would have to wait. Ambar did an absolutely AMAZING job on my builder gel set! I was previously going to a nail salon in Warren but will start coming here going forward. Super clean, fun energy and really sweet staff :) am already telling my friends about Fabulux!
