They were easy to work with, responded quickly to messages, and the drop off/pick up process was fantastic. They dropped the car off at the airport the day we arrived, sending me a detailed video of where the car was parked. The rental cars are all SUV types which is perfect for PCSing.
Awesome experience renting from Angel and her husband. They’re incredibly responsive, helpful and flexible. Dropped the car off to me even when my address was difficult to get to due to construction. The rental was clean, easy to drive and in great condition. No issues at all. Perfect vehicle to take my family around the island. Thank you Fabulouz Car Rentals!
Outstanding customer service, reliable vehicles, and unbeatable prices! The whole process was smooth from start to finish, with excellent communication throughout. This is truly one of the best options for military families on Oahu who need a rental vehicle. Highly recommend! Thank you for making it such a great experience!
The other reviews for this place are a result of people being lazy, uninformed, and not knowing how to read Right on their description on Facebook(where they state: we use Facebook to coordinate the rental) so I'm lost as to why they thought phone conversations were the way to communicate with them I do know they value your business and will provide you with a reliable vehicle!
