Outstanding customer service, reliable vehicles, and unbeatable prices! The whole process was smooth from start to finish, with excellent communication throughout. The other reviews for this place are a result of people being lazy, uninformed, and not knowing how to read Right on their description on Facebook(where they state: we use Facebook to coordinate the rental) so I'm lost as to why they thought phone conversations were the way to communicate with them I do know they value your business and will provide you with a reliable vehicle! Called several times left message and never received a return call back
Reached out over Facebook marketplace about one of the vehicles Angelica had listed. Never responded but sure responded to a tag on a Facebook post. This isn’t how you run a business when you claim to be military friendly.
“I own Fabulouz Car Rentals LLC and have all midsize SUV and we are the most affordable and all inclusive on the island” is what comment I got when posting on FB about a car rental. I messaged Angelica about renting a car for a week and everything was ok (not really good because they were asking me to pay before reading the contract which I thought was weird) until I mentioned I did not have military access.
