I am very pleased with my service with Kathy She took me in literally the last minute, 10 minutes before 6pm She did an amazing job full set and fix my toe nail that another salon messed up. She was in no rush. She took her time and I’m gonna say I was so pleased with her that I was very generous with my tip. Thank you so much. I came in for an acrylic fill and it took a lot longer than expected. I told the lady that I had to leave for work soon but she insisted that I had to be patient and she just had a few more things to do. I told her I had to leave at 4 but she didnt let me leave until 4:10. I was late to work. I figured if it took so long it’d be clean technical work but no. It’s lumpy and crooked and uneven. This place just wasn’t that great. The tech lady was nice but she took forever slow!! I was falling asleep in my chair. My original plan was to get French tips with red hearts in the middle (second picture is how it’s supposed to look like). But no, first picture is actually what I got because I said I need to go to work, I can’t stay any longer. I mean, I’m okay with only the French tip but this place just isn’t that professional. Loved my nails! Absolutely amazing pedicures and extras! Person in photo was unhappy with being photographed but ecstatic about her manicure! Staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. I will definitely be back!
