I really debated posting this but honestly this wasnt acceptable. On May 16th, i went in to get serviced, got a good technician, but Tracy was making racist comments and cussing so much. She said the n word multiple times in the same sentence as to say she does not say it and said she's not racist then said she's "blackanese" because she has black employees. whatever that means. Then the next day, my polish had chipped already. Not worth the fuss. Very unprofessional environment, and they don't have good product either.
Owner cussed louldly at her staff and demeaned them while customers were in the shop. I walked out and left the flies and filth.

Refused a repair and gel French service. Referred me to Lovely Nails. She kept offering me a pedicure and that’s not what I wanted. It was weird. I’ll never go again!
