If I had the chance to give this place a zero stars, I would. Never been to this place but I dont think I would even come here. My toddler needed to use the restroom, I asked very nicely if he could use the bathroom. The respond I got from the lady who works there was rude. How could someone denied to use the restroom to a child. That was upsetting. My opinion is, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
I had a very disappointing experience at Fabulous Nail & Spa Inc. The customer service was terrible from the moment I walked in. The staff were unfriendly, gave attitude when I asked simple questions, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. The quality of the work was also unacceptable. My daughters nails were rushed, uneven, and looked nothing like what I requested. For the price they charge, my daughter expected much better attention to detail and professionalism.
