Terrible communication and professionalism. They don’t do contracts at all so you won’t have that going for you. We’ve actively been trying to book with them for months and they have repeatedly ghosted us. They seem more concerned about posting on instagram than getting back with clients. They have given us 24-48 hour timeframes on when they are giving us information and then respond 2 weeks later saying they will send it soon. They seem like good people but unreliable as vendors. I am writing this review to share my experience with Dallas Flower Walls also know as Dallas Flower Walls so that other customers are aware of their business practices. We had a Net 30 payment agreement in place. During that Net 30 period, I was contacted more than eight times regarding payment.
