I have used their service in the past. I on a last minute asked if they would do a deep clean and they gave a date which wasn't conducive. I told them I understood and I will plan better in the future. They accommodated my timeline, something I wish they wouldn't have. I don't know the degree of a deep clean but when I got home the house just looked cleaner, like the normal housecleaning they would give. Joanna was very friendly and professional, for example, when we mentioned we needed the upstairs by a certain time, she worked efficiently in a timely manner to assure we had the upstairs available. Good deep clean for our household!
I have had multiple house cleaners in my life and by fabulous house cleaning has been the most impressive. They have worked with our crazy schedule and I feel like I never need to tell them what to do. My house is cleaner and they always seem to do extras I never even thought of. You can tell they take great pride in their work.
Joana is amazing, with the crazy schedule and kids I needed extra help. She did a fabulous job in a timely manner and super affordable. You won't be disappointed, you can bet I'll be using her services again.
