I have used their service in the past. I on a last minute asked if they would do a deep clean and they gave a date which wasn't conducive. I told them I understood and I will plan better in the future. They accommodated my timeline, something I wish they wouldn't have. I don't know the degree of a deep clean but when I got home the house just looked cleaner, like the normal housecleaning they would give. Joanna was very friendly and professional, for example, when we mentioned we needed the upstairs by a certain time, she worked efficiently in a timely manner to assure we had the upstairs available. Good deep clean for our household!
