Money gone to waste. Everything turned out amazing but when it got to my bangs it just ruined the whole look, i told them i didn’t like it and it wasn’t what i asked for. She cut so much so now it looks like bowl cut bangs and instead of helping me fix it or be satisfied with it, the same lady joke around that she can’t put my hair back and says she needs to go. I care so much about my hair and i went in there to come out confident but instead i came out feeling the opposite.
When I say give Rosalba a try, do it!! My first experience with her was about 2 years ago…. And will not go anywhere else. Trust me when I say her technique is like no others
she did a good job with my hair she has done my hair since i was little she has never disappointed me
First time going there. Service was great and left with a haircut that I got many compliments on. Will be going there moving forward. Highy recommend.
