Terrible!! 19$ for going through the car wash, dried off, and squirted with something on tires. I will not be going back. It gets more and more expensive for less and less service. Don’t waste your money.
I regularly purchase the executive wash books & have been going to Montecito fabulous freddies for over 10 years. Yesterday and the prior time I went there were over 10 cars in front of me. yesterday, on a Tuesday, at 10:00 am there were 18 cars in front of me waiting to be manually dried. Even with each car only taking 15 minutes I would have had over 3 hours wait for my car. I ended up wiping it down myself, which I did the prior time as well. Almost to the day a year ago, they caused $5500 of damage on my 2014 BMW worth about 20k. I'm a 62 year old woman that they treated like dirt and took 6 weeks to repair, also knowing I was in a bad personal situation and needed to move back to FL asap.
