I was a bit disappointed with my visit today, as the service didn’t quite meet the usual high standards I’ve come to expect here. I paid for the interior and exterior wash, which included a wipe down and tire shine, but the tire shine wasn’t applied, the wheels weren’t wiped down, and a few spots on the side panels and mirrors were missed. I had already tipped generously before noticing these issues once I got home. Went in to have hard water spots removed and left with hard water spots. Very disappointed in the $100 per hour work.
service here is immaculate and i love all of the employees. Sandwiches at ike’s are a favorite of mine.
