Respond to their customer and own up to the horrible work and the destroying of my wood floors.
These people are lying lowlifes. They strung me along for a month and were no shows 4 times. So glad I didn't end up having them do the job. Pretty sure it would be substandard. Don't even think about using them.
Wait and read before you think about doing business with these guys!!! I just spent my July 4th holiday waiting for a "No Show" crew to arrive. I didn't ask to schedule this job on a holiday, it was offered by "Matt" two weeks prior. I'm getting married in my home in less than a week and this work was planned, now there's no company around that can respond to restoring my floors before the wedding. Yes I am in a serious pickle!
