I have been coming now for 5 years. They do groom very well but my dogs are always last no matter if I bring them in the very earliest or even when I have asked to have them before 3pm. In fact her helper guy even remarked to me that my dogs are always last to be completed. She rolled her eyes at us when we told her that.
