Its never working & makes car dirtier + vacuums are either half suction or nothing and they why are the vacuum nozzles so large?! Other locations are much better
I purchased the full package. after the was I cleaned the interior and while drying off wet spots I noticed that only half of each tire had armourall applied. I went to the window and asked them to take a look. The manager said been having issues that next time I visited they would include that at no extra charge. Why not just fix it?
Update: 10/13/2025 This used to be a decent option, but lately, it’s gotten ridiculous for something I actually pay for. They don’t make it easy to cancel, and even when you let them know something’s going wrong, the employees clearly don’t care. This specific location needs serious help. 1. Vacuums rarely work, or barely suction at 20%. 2. One time, a hydraulic line came loose and sprayed fluid all over my car and onto the wash pads. Service was good, but the car wash was disappointing. It left streaks all down my car, and I ended up having to go to another place to get it washed properly.
Terrible wash, still a lot of dirt left on my suv, no rotary brush for cleaning mid way really hurts. Sorry hanging strips alone will not get the job done. Go any place else.
