I made my first visit to this salon a few weeks ago. It seems that this salon has a few trainees who are being coached by a senior stylist but clearly not on customer service and completing the style as the client requested. The stylist did not greet me, she called me because I was a few minutes late, no hello or nothing (I couldn’t find the suite), she then proceeds to half wash my hair not asking about my scalp, or anything.
