I liked the service. Really nice atmosphere and very professional.
I had a great time here. Their service is exceptional. I love how they handled my hair and the hair advice that was given to me.
Yvonne did a fantastic job on my locs! She was very attentive today - a Sunday. She greeted me coming in, asked me if I had any concerns about my hair to address, washed my hair really good, asked if I had any itchy spots and confirmed the style I wanted. We also made arrangements for a detox treatment for my next visit and good moisturizer options. She was very friendly, patient and attentive to her work. I love my hair!
I made my first visit to this salon a few weeks ago. It seems that this salon has a few trainees who are being coached by a senior stylist but clearly not on customer service and completing the style as the client requested. The stylist did not greet me, she called me because I was a few minutes late, no hello or nothing (I couldn’t find the suite), she then proceeds to half wash my hair not asking about my scalp, or anything.
