I cannot say enough amazing things about Crystal! After getting my nails done for over 20 years, I can honestly say she is one of a kind. I hate leaving negative reviews, especially because my first set from her was one of the best sets of nails I've ever had. That's actually why I came back. Unfortunately, my second and third appointments were really disappointing. Both times, the top coat bubbled on my nails. She seemed willing to leave them that way until I pointed it out, and even then the fixes felt rushed and incomplete. I always go in and see Crystal and Tom. The team has always been super super good and always completes what I want. They always make sure you are fully taken care of before you walk out of there and always make sure they ask customers if they are satisfied before fully completing and make any changes if needed.
Manicure took 10 minutes… had to tell Tina to cut my cuticle. Dead skin still all around. Looks like something I could’ve done for free at home. & when I mentioned the bubbles in the polish, she kept putting on more clear coat when if anything I needed another layer of color. It was so so rushed and not busy whatsoever. I ended up just pulling my hand away from her and leaving (after paying but not impressed)
This place is amazing ! Crystal and her staff are all outstanding, friendly and talented! I was so relaxed and felt like a queen. I loved my mani/pedi and my facial! The staff all took great care of me and made me feel so relaxed and welcomed. I will definitely return and tell everyone about this sweet place. Thank you so much 💓
