Really disappointed. I Asked to reschedule my eyelash appointment the day before because I was sick. I was told she understood and tried to reschedule. Never received a response. Weeks later tried to get my deposit back. Was told I violated their cancellation policy. I replied again and haven’t heard a response since. They kept the $50 deposit and never let me reschedule.
Erin was amazing! Definitely recommend her, she was so attentive to what I asked for and went above and beyond to make them look the best! Will definitely be going back to her!♥️
