Went in for a lash lift and tint, sat there for an hour, and when she showed me my lashes, they looked exactly the same. She told me if she’d left the solution on my lashes any longer they’d fry, which she didn’t mention at all through the service (which she used no gloves for) and didn’t tell me until I saw my lashes. She told me they’d lift more if I did it again, and still charged me full price for a service I didn’t get. No waiver or anything signed. $65 down the drain, and my lashes are still fully downturned. Madison, Kim and the whole team here are phenomenal! I’ve been coming here for years and you won’t find a better lash studio! They are extremely talented, affordable, and just makes your experience 10/10 every time! Highly recommend 2025 still coming and they are the absolute best! The front desk is always nice and professional! And Tina is the best to ever do it with my lashes! She has been my lash tech since I moved here in 2022! She is so gentle and her lashes have the best retention! The ambiance in her suite is so peaceful and relaxing!
