I found April to be responsive. Unfortunately her delivery of electrolysis services was not done correctly. It is a basic foundation that you DO NOT “pluck” hairs.. there was resistance for almost every hair April treated. I gave her the benefit of doubt, but almost every hair April treated, is coming back. I have had previous treatments elsewhere, and this is not a typical body response for me.
