Fabtech's customer service is awesome! Their warranty claims are super easy to deal with. I've loved their fenders and other stuff for over 10 years.
Won’t answer any calls or emails ordered tie rods been trying to find a confirmation for them and haven’t received anything at all..
I spoke with tech support about a broken end-link on my vehicle with a gentleman named Giovanni, the man went above and beyond to help me and was professional, patient, and easy to speak with… if you have any questions regarding fabtech issues I would recommend speaking to Giovanni for all your tech support issues!! Thank you Fabtech!! I’m excited to do more work with you in the future!! 5 stars all the way!
If I can give zero I will , horrible customer service left them few emails, voice message for the past few week no one returned any calls or emails this’s not how you should treat your customers
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone owning a new bronco. Non stop incorrect parts wasted more time and money trying to get the right stuff than what the kit is worth. Save yourself some money and a headache and get a kit from rough country.
