Used to be wonderful to work with, now the order desk is answered by foreigners that do not know the product at all.
Beautiful showroom. They have a great selection of quartzite, quartz, granite, and more.
They only sell through fabricators. They will not sell directly to the end customer or give you pricing for their product. So you don’t know what the cost of the material is or how much the fabricator is marking it up.
The quick response to my request for samples was totally unexpected. I wish every organization would respond and provide samples this promptly.
Great customer service! We had a sink damaged in shipping. Maegan took care for the credit and arranged for the replacement order and shipping within a couple of hours.
