I had a very positive experience with Bob Fabrizio and ended up with a beautiful kitchen. Bob was always thougthful, courteous and patient with me as I navigated the process. He had a wonderful crew to work on my kitchen. When I was told by the fabricator that it would take two weeks for my countertop once I selected it, I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that Bob had already pre-scheduled them - cutting six days off on my wait time. I felt like a member of Bob's family by the time the project was completed!
Bob is completely unprofessional and has much to learn about his business and customer care! Sorry Bob you need to find another profession.
Shop around and don't use Fabrizio.
Stay Away, your kitchen and bath deserve more,,so do you.
