I went into the store and had such a great experience! The girl who helped me had the best customer service. She was very friendly, sweet, and patient. She helped me pick out my pastries and explained the differences between the breads, which I really appreciated. She also made my coffee exactly how I wanted it! You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and makes sure everyone has a great experience. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
Walked in today because of the nice photos online — I was shocked how different this place looks in real life. The front desk attendant was flat-out rude, which honestly should have been my sign to leave. Didn't listen to my instincts and ordered three drinks anyway: two flat whites and a hot chocolate. The drinks were horrid — cold and badly made, so bad we threw them out. When I told the young lady, she was rude right back: smiled, said thank you, and just kept going. Zero stars if I could. Fabrique Bakery brings a little piece of Stockholm to New York. I visited their Fifth Avenue location. They have a second location in New York where they do the actual baking and supply the Fifth Avenue shop fresh every morning. The sourdough bread is baked fresh daily, and of course you’ll find the classic Swedish kanelbullar, alongside croissants, pain au chocolat and other pastries.
