Ms. De Leon was hired to make a comforter, dust ruffle, shams and Euro shams. She made a bed spread instead and refused to remeasure the mattress to ensure a proper fit. Ms. De Leon measured the mattress to begin with. She has been difficult to deal with, failing to deliver the "comforter" with the dust ruffle and shams.
