I dropped of a project to be straightened in early OCTOBER. I was told it would take 10 days to finish up another customers project before they could get to mine. I was also told that it would take 2-3 days to complete my project. We are now at the end of November and I'm still getting the run-around. 0 call backs, 0 updates. When I asked to have someone that knows what the f#$k is going on to call me back.... Nothing... extremely unsatisfied with this business and their lack of/non existent customer service
