Completely unfair in the way they treat their staff. My wife was sick all weekend, and I was tired that Monday, so they reported me for drug use and drinking on the job. Tested clean, and they still fired me for "walking away from my station too many times" and lied, saying that they warned me about it multiple times. As a floater, that's never been an issue, I've never been warned or talked to about that.
They fired my brother for doing his job and they said he was off task even tho they never wrote him up or gave him any warning
It is my daily job every day.
I work at FTP. They make tubing and assemblies for heating and air conditioning systems.
