Since Covid started and I began working from home I have had little need for a dry cleaner. I was at a wedding recently and had 2 formal dresses that needed cleaning and asked a neighbor who she would recommend. She recommended Fabricare Cleaners, the location at 130 Post Rd, Fairfield, CT. If I could give 0 stars I would. I dropped off one white leather shoe that had a dye transfer. When I dropped off the shoe, they couldn’t provide me with a quote, so I dropped off my shoe with a request to have a call before they treated it since my shoes are only worth about $250 and they’ve overcharged my family many times before. My receipt said my shoes would be available in a week. I called a week and a day later trying to figure out what was going on and the phone rang out 3 times.
