Jim was wonderful! He actually did a home visit and was able to get a nail polish stain out of my couch when no one else wanted to touch it! This was a complimentary visit as he was in the area...who does that anymore?! Jim has been doing this for about 30 years I think he said...I highly recommend him and next time I need upholstery or carpet cleaning I will definitely choose Fabricare Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. He was friendly, kind and professional! Thanks Jim! :)

James did an excellent job cleaning our sectional sofa. He was professional, punctual, and very thorough, and the couch looks noticeably cleaner and refreshed. He took the time to make sure everything was done right. I was really impressed with the results and would absolutely recommend James to anyone needing upholstery cleaning.

I meant to take before pictures but forgot. Will update the NEXT time we use Jim and do a before photo. He did such an amazing job. We have 4 children and a lighter colored carpet. They obviously made it look pretty dirty with things like makeup, colored markers, drinks and food. You could see heavy traffic marks on the stairs as well as each room you entered. The carpet looks almost brand new. Thank you so much and this has made my life so much easier and less stressful!
