ALTHOUGH WE DID FIND OUT SOME INFO, THERE WAS NEVER ANY FOLLOW UPS UNLESS I CALLED AND ASKED. NOW AFTER SOME TIME HAS GONE BY TURNS OUT THE BANK WROTE OFF THE PROPERTY AND IT WAS READY TO NEGOTIATE DIRECTLY WITH THE SELLER.
