I am very impressed with this company. Ralph and Ernie arrived on time and were extremely polite and professional. They were originally booked to steam clean one upholstered chair and when I asked if they had time to clean 2 carpets as well, they obliged. Their work was done efficiently and quickly with an eye for detail. They also paid great attention to keeping the surrounding area clean. I was very impressed with this company. Within in one week they were at my house. They moved furniture and cleaned out stains that have been in the rugs for a while. I would definitely give a great recommendation.
Came to see the job, was told they be back never showed up or called. Rebooked came early 35 mins early said they would wait as I had to pick-up a take-out order for some workman. Wanted the money up front before I came back (85,00 cash) Message from office they could not get in the house. They left I called the office to be very rudely spoken too, stating she did not care find someone else.
