Despite negative reviews I had read, the ladies who were there were super helpful. I was able to get exactly what I needed, and even had a staff member assist me in hunting down a particular fabric. This store is massive and has every type of fabric I could ever need at very reasonable prices! If the staff were not so accommodating, I would not have spent as much as I did- they certainly helped me seal the deal on several bolts I was on the fence about. Will 100% be back.

I have ordered fabric from this site a few times. The one fabric was missing from my order but I was charged. I called the store and it was out of stock but they still charged my card. I had to call and was told it would be refunded. I waited weeks and the refund never came. Had to call back again and it’s been a complete headache. If you order online make sure you review your order to ensure you received everything. If they tell you that you will be refunded, review your card transactions to ensure you actually are.
