Amazing job by Scott at Fabri-Klean. Even though we have 2 large dogs after he used his special pet formula we could not believe how clean our carpets turned out. Highly recommended! Here is a picture of the before/after difference during cleaning.
We've had Scott clean our carpets and rugs twice now for pet stains and odours. Scott does an excellent job of providing options and pricing, and what to expect (or not expect) from each one and provides a clear explanation of what each process does. There's no pressured up-selling and he will freely provide alternate methods or solutions to try if he thinks he can't accomplish something to his high standards or you could do it easily. Excellent service! Scott did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets, including tackling the challenging stairs. They were punctual, efficient, and did a fantastic job. I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. The team, led by the fearless leader and his trusty apprentice (aka his daughter, who I'm sure is now certified in carpet cleaning) worked together seamlessly. I am not one to leave google reviews, but I just had to for Scott of Fabri-Klean. Not only did his customer service, professionalism, knowledge and punctuality exceed my expectations, but the carpets that were so soiled and probably impossible to bring back, came out looking like new once he was finished.
