Scott is friendly and did a great job on the carpet in our new home. He showed up as scheduled and he got right to work. His pricing is fair and you know up front exactly what you’re gonna pay. No hidden fees or add ons at the end of the job. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Scott!
Amazing job by Scott at Fabri-Klean. Even though we have 2 large dogs after he used his special pet formula we could not believe how clean our carpets turned out. Highly recommended! Here is a picture of the before/after difference during cleaning.
We've had Scott clean our carpets and rugs twice now for pet stains and odours. Scott does an excellent job of providing options and pricing, and what to expect (or not expect) from each one and provides a clear explanation of what each process does. Excellent service! Scott did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets, including tackling the challenging stairs. They were punctual, efficient, and did a fantastic job. I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. The team, led by the fearless leader and his trusty apprentice (aka his daughter, who I'm sure is now certified in carpet cleaning) worked together seamlessly.
