Fabracleen fixed a large, deep crack in my kitchen granite. They first sent someone to look at the problem, no charge, and then sent a quote by email. They also gave me a time frame when they were coming and came on time. To be honest, the initial time the job did not look right. I spoke to the company, who acted immediately. Lorne, who headed the job, was excellent. The final product looks great. The Fabracleen team was so professional and responsive and I would definitely work with them again.
Terrific results (antique and moth-eaten rugs looked like new afterwards), clear and professional communication throughout (about options available; transparency about cost and refurbishing process). Great experience overall.
