Just shocking actually. Have a few Fable items and have enjoyed the product and quality. Recently ordered a second wool rug excited they had a new extra large size and colour that would fit our bedroom. Ordered in July with an August 1 ship date. That changed to August 15 after ordering and when inquiring they said ‘sorry for the confusion’. Ok…. Meanwhile our new bed has arrived, the old carpet was recycled, and we’re stuck in an echo chamber without carpet (our French bulldog also hasn’t appreciated the slippery floors). T... read more
