I dealt with Sophie at the store on Granville, from the beginning she was beyond amazing helping with us our vision. I can't say enough great things about their product and it really elevates the look of the home! If you have a chance stop in and see the show room and work with Sophie!
I own almost every Fable dish in production and recommended it to my friends but after my most recent experience I will no longer be a Fable customer as both their customer service and quality have declined since inception. I purchased a new set of pasta dishes not knowing the style had been reduced in size several years ago so they weren’t even the same dish. We had such a lovely time at Fable this evening. Our server, Adam, was such a delight. He helped us navigate the menu, answered our questions, and ensured we had everything we needed! The food was great (the Brussels Sprouts were my favourite) and I will for sure be back!
I really wanted to love the wine glasses I purchased, but unfortunately, most of them have broken. If these were just regular wine glasses, I wouldn’t be as bothered. However, they were marketed as extremely durable—the salesperson even tapped one quite hard against a concrete wall to demonstrate this. Because of that, I expected them to be sturdier, though I still treated them with the same care as regular crystal. first time ordering online. the item was on pre-order, but clearly said “expected to ship on April 3.” then April 3 comes and i get an automatic email saying the item is still in production. reached out to customer service who said the actual ship date is estimated to be “1-2 months away”!!!! you’re KIDDING me. so the April 3 ship date was just a complete LIE.
