I moved to Orlando recently from the Washington DC area. I am a new brown belt coming from Six Blades Jiu Jitsu (formerly Ribeiro Jiu Jitsu). On the older side of BJJ at 55 years old. I’ve trained a lot of other gyms across the US while on business travel, to include Gracie HQ in Torrance, CA. Belle Island is a great gym for all skill levels. Perfect training spot for families or individuals. Clean facility, extremely welcoming vibes for everyone, great location and AMAZING COACHES! The kids classes are life, Pedro and Gabriel are very patient with the littles but make sure they’re also doing what they should. This is one of the best experiences I have had for training. This instructors, Pedro and Gabriel are top notch! They have given my kid the confidence needed to protect himself. We have met some great people and made lasting friendships. I would recommend.
