Consistently slow turn around on repairs and mediocre communication at best. Can’t buy a CAT closer to home because of territory boundaries and so we are kind of just stuck. Hoping Fabick has both and short and long term solution. Edit: received a helpful reply from Management so updating from 1 to 3 starts. Still waiting on communication for delivery of new machine. Will update based on upcoming interactions! Appreciate the email response.
