Excellent company & job! Phil kept me informed of slight changes in the schedule due to the extremely hot weather. He worked on one of the hottest weekend of the year to complete the job, The interior of the garage was transformed (three interior garage walls were painted and he installed the new floor.) Wonderful company & job by Phil.
Fabians Flooring was great to work with during the actual application on the garage floor & during all communications. I recently had my garage floor refinished after almost 20 years, as part of a home remodel. Phil and his team absolutely crushed this project for me. I couldn’t be happier with the service and results we received. I own a rental townhome that is 18 years old and has the original cream colored Berber carpeting throughout most of the home. Our last renters were there for 8 years and probably wore shoes on the carpet frequently. Phil and Mike did such a great job with the cleaning that the stairs, which were the worst, look almost brand new. They were both so polite and professional and even changed out a lightbulb while they worked. Highly recommend!!
