I ordered propane when I was at 20% online and six days later called when they scheduled a delivery date and she told me the 20th was the soonest and I asked for an emergency fill up and she got back to me and said as of right now that’s not a thing because we are so backed up. They’re gonna charge me a 99$ maine state hazard fee along with me going days without heat. Mind you the company is five minutes from me and I see the trucks pass my house daily? The self service pumps don’t work 60% of the time and you can’t get a hold of them to repair. Go to a different gas station
They are always so nice and courteous and much better than other oil companies have dealt with in the past
After repair of oil tank & furnace the repairman highly recommended Fabian Oil for fuel. Stopped in at the office, receptionist politely took my information telling me someone would call in the morning to set up an account. Four days later, I stopped in again inquiring if in fact supply problems were the delay. I was told “ Luke” would have to stop by to set up the account. Apparently, this company does not communicate , nor care about customers comfort.
