Poor communication. Very disappointed, specifically with Mr. Brochu. Requested an LP Furnace bid on Sept 7, 2023. Assurance given on Nov 13, yet absolutely nothing from this company now for 4 months, despite emails and phone calls and being a customer for over 25 years. Glad there are other companies in the area who are responsive and appreciate my business. Buyer beware.
