We have been with country for nearly 2 decades. Our last Representative officewas wonderful, responsive and easy to get ahold of. However, she left and we were assigned Fabian. We have been trying to get ahold of our new Country Rep office for about 2 months. At least 2 voicemails have been left directly with their office, an email sent, and their customer service dept has sent 2-3 messages to them to give us a call, as they state we have to speak with our Representative’s office directly. I have had Fabian as my life insurance agent for decades. He contacts me once a year to make died I don’t need anything. This year I did indeed need his help to change my beneficiary. He also quoted my home and auto to see if he could save me money.
Fabian did not show up. We were waiting from 5:40pm to 6:05pm and no one showed up.
Fabian has been amazing to work with. He is very responsive and thorough. He was able to find us affordable home insurance when other companies could not even give me a quote due to being in an area at higher risk for forest fires. He looked over our financial picture and identified where we could save money on life insurance, while making sure we were protected.
