One of their HR employees, Richa Gupta, has a completely absurd and useless attitude. HR doesn't even know for which profile they're hiring candidates. The HR has a useless attitude and talks nonsense on the call. HR wastes their own and the candidate's time by asking personal questions and for a face-to-face interview.
Very disappointing experience. My booking was cancelled just a few hours before my arrival without any prior notice. I had paid for a premium hotel, but they unilaterally cancelled it on the day of check-in and shifted my booking to a much lower-grade hotel. When I contacted them for help regarding a refund or a room change, they completely ignored my calls and did not respond at all. This level of service is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend booking with them.
