The level of customer support from your Harrods store has been extremely disappointing. Update - We escalated our deep disappointment in the level of service provided, after buying a bracelets with charm ( which does not come cheap ) I felt the need to raise my concerns. Faberge, did reach out to me direct, apologizing for the service we had received and gifted us with a champagne afternoon tea, on the day I went back to collect my Jewelry. No further problems so far.
