Absolute nightmare!! Writing this as I sit with a client in his waiting room! Been here three hours now. Elevator broken, had to carry a stroke survivor up the stairs. When people ask to reschedule the rude lady at the front desk informs them that the only day the Dr is available next month is already booked!
